The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Good location near popular restaurants. Great breakfast and WiFi.

The staff were so welcoming, even though I arrived late in the evening. They offered me a refreshing drink and helped me with my luggage. I also enjoyed the tasty breakfast with my favorite dish, pho. the location was perfect for my business trip, as it was only a short taxi ride to all the meetings I had scheduled.
I wasn't thrilled with the pillows on the bed, they were too high and hard for me to get comfortable. the air conditioning in my room wasn't working properly, and the room felt too warm.

We had a great stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located near popular restaurants and shopping areas. the rooms were clean and modern, with good toiletries and comfortable beds. the staff was friendly and helpful, always speaking in English and eager to please. the breakfast was good, with plenty of options to choose from. We enjoyed the facilities, including the airport shuttle and the punctual service.
The noise from neighboring construction sites could be heard during the early hours of the morning.

Staying at this hotel was fantastic! The location was perfect since it was just a short distance from the centre and transportation was easily accessible. The staff was friendly and provided great service. Not to mention, the hotel facilities were clean and breakfast was free, a definite plus!

Spent my Xmas vacation here, and I loved my stay! The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the WiFi was fast and reliable. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The location was great, with easy access to popular attractions and restaurants in the area.
The language barrier, as some staff members struggled to communicate in English. However, they made an effort to accommodate my needs and were always willing to assist me when needed.
